Guys for me its when i move my right arm i feel like something schock like freezing me with pain that is then leaves me , and comes now and then , the pain is too much been using deep heat , muscle relaxer helps but after that the pain still comes , is it pinched nerve too , one side of neck lower right , anyone pls 😢

Do you have a hip exercise for those that have an “anterior pelvic tilt”? If that makes sense.. my chiropractor told me one exercise (lie flat on your back with knees bent, and tilt hips forward and back to align my lower back and align the hips back in place instead of hips tilting forward).

I did the last thumb test with internal rotation and it did not hurt, but when I externally rotate it and raised my arm it started hurting. What’s the diagnosis for this test?

Wait what? I have searched for videos trying to explain how to run, and literally no one say to activate the glutes.. this blew my mind,i habe been running alot lately, and get really fast tired in the lower back. I am really fit, great core, sixpack, big muscles for a tiny guy, but man my lower back have been driving me crazy. Been trying to alter my hip tilt from really anterior, to using core muscles and pull it to posterior tilt, etc, but nothing has worked.. i will try this immediatly!

Hi , would you know any reasons why my whole body cracks everytime I move? Sternum, hip, upper amd lower spine, knees ? Who would i go to to be accessed ? I told my doctor & he basicallly dismissed anything that could possibly cause it because im "young"(31). Personally, i want to know if there is anything going on because i know i can improve it with the correct knowledge..thanks im advance.

I am newly postpartum, baby is 6 months and I am confused on when I can reintroduce bracing? I’ve been doing tons of breathing in mechanism to build back my core and transverse. However now when I lift heavy or attempt to and attempt to brace the pushing out makes me look pregnant again 🫣😬 do you recommend anything ?
Once I was told that right before attempting the bridge you should pretend to hold a coin between your butt cheeks.

I have started running since 4 weeks and now for past few days I noticed that I am getting lower back pain and got to know that this is because of my weak glute. Your exercise seems really helpful and I wish to try, can you please help me when should I do it like I go for my run in the evening and do it 5 days a week. So can you suggest when should I do this exercise before I go for run or do it in complete another time? How many days a week I should do?
